Should you wish additional groceries to be placed in your apartment for your arrival, Upstreet will accept deliveries and will unpack your goods free of charge.   Registration for the service is quick and straight forward, however you will require a credit or debit card and in order to ensure your goods safe delivery we would ask that you follow the instructions below   Deliveries will only be accepted between the hours of 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday. Upstreet will not accept any responsibility for groceries delivered out with these times. Please set your delivery date as the day of your arrival as we do not have additional freezer facilities to store your shopping. Upon completing an order we would ask that you forward the confirmation your receive from the store which will detail the date and time we should expect delivery as well as the actual goods ordered. Please note that Tesco may from time to time substitute items out of stock for other similar items, if you do not wish items to be substituted please specify this on your order.
