- What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay depends on the type of apartment chosen, however the minimum period is usually two nights.
- Can my pet stay?
We as company have a very flexible approach, it varies on case to case basis. Please contact our office for further information.
- Difference between a serviced apartment and hotel accommodation?
Upstreet offer you all of the comforts of a quality hotel accommodation whilst at the same time giving you the freedom and security of a home from home.
The main attractions of a serviced apartment rather than a Glasgow hotels include spacious living accommodation, value for money and privacy during your stay. No quality hotels in Glasgow can match what Upstreet offers!
- Is Housekeeping available?
Our dedicated team of housekeepers will service your apartment between Monday - Friday (please make prior arrangements when reserving your apartment).
- How much deposit is required?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch cards and the Holding Deposit will be charged in advance to the credit card, with the balance of the accommodation charged to the credit card within 4 weeks prior to arrival unless an alternative method of payment has been specifically requested. Many of the guests also settle by Bank Transfer, Guarantee Cheque or Cash. A booking cannot be considered guaranteed until the Holding Deposit has been received.
- How do we pay and when ?
The Balance of Accommodation will be processed atleast one week prior to your arrival. Settlement may be made by Cash, Guarantee Cheque, Mastercard, Visa or Switch.
- Cancellation Policy?
Our cancellation policy is 2 weeks notice. The deposit (less an administration charge) is refundable if notice of cancellation is given of no less than 2 weeks. If due notice of cancellation is not received, we will endeavour to replace the reservation. However, if loss of revenue is sustained as a result of cancellation, we shall be entitled to be paid the sum of money that is considered reasonable and covers the loss sustained by the late cancellation.
- Which Creditcards do you take ?
Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo and Maestro. Please note that American Express attracts an additional administration charge.

- What facilities do the apartments have?

- Do you have car parking?
We have complimentary and secured car parking at all Upstreet Glasgow locations. Please not that Upstreet cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your vehicle or belongings however this maybe caused.
- Do you have hair dryer?
Yes, there is a hairdryer in each apartment.
- Arrival & Departure Time?
Check-in time is after 3.00pm, check out time is before 11 am, unless by prior arrangement. Please contact the office to arrange a personalized check in prior to your arrival.
- How do I get the keys to the apartment?
You should always contact the office to arrange your personalised check in prior to your travel.
- Do we pay extra for children's places?
No, Children are most welcome at Upstreet. Travel cots and high chairs can be made available for very young children.
- Is it possible to agree corporate rates?
Yes, many of our returning corporate clients have rate agreements in place. We are happy to discuss rates and availability for both short term and long term corporate stays.
- Liability?
Upstreet shall not be responsible for the Resident or anyone at Upstreet Serviced Apartments expressly or by implication with the Resident's authority, for any accident or injury suffered, or for damage to, or for loss to, any chattels, sustained at Upstreet Apartments, save in the case of death or personal injury occurring as a result of the management's negligence.
